The correct, super-compact design that kids need to achieve comfortable and efficient bike fit. A narrow 600mm bar (which can be shortened by up to 30mm) to fit riders approx 7 to 11 yrs olds, to avoid over-stretching and improve bike control. 

Flat (zero rise) handlebars also help lower the effective stack, equalising the height of the saddle and handlebars, for shorter riders;
